Legends Kicking Academy ("Legends," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at legendskickingacademy.com and our camp registration process, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using our Services or registering for a camp, you consent to the practices described here.

When you register an athlete for a camp, we collect:

• Athlete information: first and last name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, playing position, graduation year, and shirt size.
• Parent / guardian information: parent or guardian name and email address.
• Registration details: the camp selected, registration date, and payment status.
• Contact submissions: if you use our contact form, the name, email, and message you provide.

Payment information (card number, billing details) is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited transaction identifiers.

Our camps serve athletes ages 14 and older, and registrations are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at info@legendskickingacademy.com and we will delete it.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm camp registrations and payments;
• Communicate with you about your registration, camp logistics, and schedule changes;
• Operate, evaluate, and improve our camps and Services;
• Provide athlete evaluation and recruiting-support services where applicable;
• Respond to your inquiries; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Services — including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure database hosting), and Vercel (website hosting) — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Legends, our participants, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Registration data is stored in a database protected by row-level security so that it is not publicly accessible, and access is restricted to authorized Legends staff. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its PCI-DSS-compliant systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain registration information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including for camp operations, recordkeeping, and legal or accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. If you would like your information removed, contact us at info@legendskickingacademy.com.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your athlete by contacting us at info@legendskickingacademy.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act). We will honor rights that apply to you and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Our Services may link to third-party websites (such as our merchandise store or social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
