Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at legendskickingacademy.com and any related services, camp registrations, and content (collectively, the "Services") operated by Legends Kicking Academy ("Legends," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, registering for a camp, or submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are registering an athlete who is under the age of 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete, that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on their behalf, and that you consent to their participation.

Registration for a camp is complete only when (a) the registration form is submitted with accurate and complete information and (b) payment is received in full. Submitting a form without completed payment does not reserve a spot. Spots are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration, and to remove any participant from a camp, at our discretion, including for conduct that we determine to be unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

Camp registration is priced as displayed at the time of registration (currently $350 per athlete, per camp, unless otherwise stated). All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and authorize the charge to your selected payment method. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials on our servers.

Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy in effect at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated in writing: registration fees are refundable up to 14 days before the camp date, less any processing fees, and are non-refundable thereafter. If Legends cancels a camp, registered athletes will be offered a transfer to another camp or a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at info@legendskickingacademy.com.

Participation in athletic camps and training involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and/or the athlete you are registering. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Legends and its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages arising out of participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Note: A separate signed waiver/release form may be required at or before check-in.

Camps may be photographed or recorded. Unless you notify us in writing at info@legendskickingacademy.com prior to the camp, you grant Legends permission to use photographs, video, and performance data of the participating athlete for promotional, evaluation, and recruiting-support purposes, without additional compensation.

All content on the Services — including the Legends name, logos, the Adam Vinatieri Award branding used under license or permission, text, graphics, and video — is owned by or licensed to Legends and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfering with the Services' operation, submitting false information, or using the Services in violation of any applicable law.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific athletic outcome, ranking, scholarship, or recruiting result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable registration.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legends and its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your (or your athlete's) participation in a camp.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
